Service disconnects for non-payment have resumed.
If your service has been disconnected for non-payment it may take up to 24 hours to be reconnected with no fee. Customers may still call to set-up a Coronavirus Payment Plan for their outstanding balances. Late fees continue to be waived until October 1.
